Junior Appraisers
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prepares market research, valuation, appraisal reports of various properties.
- Conducts site inspections for Real estate, Machinery, Vehicles, etc.
- Checks property boundaries based on land titles.
- Performs analysis of property information and is responsible for updating database.
- Analyzes technical project proposals.
- Responsible for securing/verifying documents and information from various gov’t agencies.
- Performs other related functions as may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Civil).
- Fresh graduates will be entertained.
- Licensed Real estate appraiser is an advantage.
- Proficient in technical writing.
- Basic AutoCAD is a plus.
